General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and abba77 ("abba77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at abba77.net. • Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 1–3 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.

By claiming any bonus or promotional offer from abba77, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that offer as well as these general bonus conditions. Where the specific offer terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in relation to that particular bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: New players at abba77 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible new player on a one-time basis only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including through multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit, after which any unconverted bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not completed within the validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Abuse and Fraud: abba77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a bonus has been claimed or used fraudulently, in bad faith, or in violation of these Terms. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the abba77 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations and restrictions apply to all registered players. Violation of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances where permitted by these Terms.

Player Obligations

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times, both during registration and in any subsequent communication with abba77.
• You must keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and secure. You must not share your account access with any other person.

Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or abba77 may close or suspend your abba77 account, subject to the conditions described in this section. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the date of closure.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your abba77 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email address. Before processing the closure, abba77 will:

• Verify your identity to confirm that the request is genuine.
• Process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.
• Cancel any active bonus funds, which will not be eligible for withdrawal upon closure.
• Apply any active self-exclusion request concurrently with the closure, ensuring you are not contacted with marketing communications after the account is closed.

abba77-Initiated Suspension or Closure

• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legally binding directive requiring abba77 to suspend or close the account.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

abba77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While abba77 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical errors, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, and other technical factors beyond abba77's direct control may occasionally affect platform availability.

• No Warranty: abba77 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
• Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, abba77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claims arising out of or related to the use of the platform — regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their abba77 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
